As one of the winners in the regional round of the 2016 MATE Competition Hong Kong, CityU ROV Team obtained their golden ticket to participate in the NASA Johnson Space Center’s Neutral Buoyancy Lab in the USA. During 23-25th June 2016, there is no doubt the team has gained invaluable experience in achieving future success.

Before the competition, CityU ROV Team have been preparing from day to day in Apps Lab to elevate their skills in employing remotely operated vehicles (ROV).

Asides from the competition, the team also grabbed the opportunity to visit the NASA Museum, a place where they can further explore their interest and passion in the field.
